Happy Half!!!

When you are born the day after Christmas, you have to have a half bday party. We had a family party this wknd, thank goodness we have 6 months to get it right cuz Landon had to take a nap mid party.

6 months!!!!

My sweet thang turned 6 months yesterday!!! Can you believe I've kept a child alive for half a year?!?!?

Birthdays and Father's Day!!!!

Whew!! It's been a busy week. Jamaal and I both had birthdays. Our first bdays as parents ; )

Jamaal and I caught a Ranger game for his bday, while Landon got to spend some quality time with my parents.

On my bday...I went to work for a few hours,  ( J & L had these goodies delivered to my office) 

but we spent most of the day at the Design Gallery picking out floors, cabinets, fixtures, etc for our new house!!!! Then we picked Landon up from Auntie Steph's daycare, went to get some links taken out of the new fabulous watch I got from J & L, then headed to Razoos ( we have to eat at loud places in case Landon would like to have a scream session). 

On Saturday, Landon spent time at my parents while Jamaal and I had a joint celebration with friends!!!

The next day....was Jamaals first Father's Day!!!!!!!!

We spent the morning at my parents house and Landon got to shower his papa and dad with gifts. The we went to church and got a photo op with all the Broden Grandkids

We then went to cafe express for lunch

Then we gave Daddy the night off and mommy and Landon made enchiladas for dinner!!!

I'm headed to Cabo tomorrow to continue the 30th bday celebration. I'm gonna miss my sweet boys.

Wknd Recap

We had a pretty low key weekend. On Saturday we went over Auntie Blair's and hung out (of course Mac had to tag along).

We also worked on eating this weekend... I got some organic Ella's Kitchen pouches.

For dinner we had Spinach w/ Rutabaga

 

Not a spinach fan yet.....

After our morning bottle we tried a pouch with apples, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, & blueberry mix.

This went over a little better. We are getting there, baby steps ; )
